Hi,
My name is Maria B. Raggio, I am originally from Peru and have lived in the United States for 15 years. Becoming a United States Citizen in 2014 was one of the biggest highlights in my life something I am very proud of.
As part of my education I studied and received my AAS degree in IT Web Design from ECPI (Electronic Computer Programming Institute). After completing my studies at ECPI I made the decision to return to school. I am currently a student at Wake Technical Community College, continuing to increase my knowledge and to better perfect my skills in the areas of WEB programming and WEB graphic design. I put in total effort on every project I do. I use all of the knowledge that I learn from my peers, instructors and examples I study on the WEB. I always strive to create that ‘perfect’ design or WEB page.
IT Web Design and programming Graphic Arts are my passion. I tend to be a perfectionist and will spend hours to get things ‘just right’ and then wonder where all the time went. The satisfaction I get from being able to use my imagination and knowledge to create WEB graphics are two of the main reasons I get so much gratification not only with my assigned projects, but from every WEB page I work on, design and develop. The projects I work on are extensions of my love for art. My goal is to attain a position in the business world of Graphical WEB Design a position that will allow me to use all of my knowledge and artistic talents. I strive to fully capture and provide exactly what someone wants to project about their business or whatever it is they wish to convey in a way that captures your attention and imagination, something unique that makes you think, that creates a memory that you cannot easily forget or ‘get out of your head’. There is an English idiom that says “A picture is worth a thousand words”, I want every WEB visual project and design I create to do exactly that………… and more.
